PRInnovation GmbH, a subsidiary of SPRIND, is working on the clinical development of a drug candidate against Alzheimer's dementia with an innovative mechanism of action. We are cooperating closely with the company Priavoid. Currently we are running the Clinical Phase 2 PRImus-AD study. The ongoing progress of the study requires additional support for our ambitious team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting senior managers regarding sponsor's oversight, including but not limited to eTMF and CDMS Monitoring.
  • Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure all parties meet project requirements, deadlines and schedules.
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Submitting assigned project deliverables and ensuring that they meet quality standards.
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Working closely with senior managers regards risk management topics to minimize potential risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Meeting internal and external partners to clarify specific project requirements.
  • Assist senior managers in delegating project tasks to junior team members based on members' individual strengths, skill, and experience levels.
  • Review comprehensive project plans.
  • Assist in audits and inspections.
  • Develop tables, diagrams, process flows, and training materials as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Monitoring and controlling drug supply on demand: Coordinating communication between manufacturer, logistics and CRO/study sites;
  • Monitoring demand and inventory and, if necessary, adjusting drug supply planning and tracking progress.

Requirements:

  • Must be a strong team player with solid leadership skills.
  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Experienced in clinical trials focussing on neurodegenerative diseases.
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with project management software tools.
  • Master's Degree or higher in appropriate field of study and work experience.
  • Good problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills are highly required.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Must be able to work within stipulated timeframes or deadlines even in the face of multiple responsibilities or projects.
  • Must have a ‘one of a kind’ work ethic and must exhibit a great level of self-discipline.
  • Ability to organize and motivate other members of the study team
  • German at level B2.
